It’s All Relative Guardianship Clinics
Text Box: Guardianship clinics are held MOST Thursday MORNINGS and on the 1st & 3rd Monday EVENING of every month. In order to attend the clinic the following must be done: An appointment must be made at least 7 working days in advance of the clinic you wish to attend. You must have a guardianship packet. This packet is available in room 107-J at the main Sonoma County Courthouse in Santa Rosa. The cost is $10.00. You may also download the forms by clicking here and printing all of the links that come up. Please be sure to get both sides and all pages at each link. Also, please keep the forms in the same order they appear on the main page. Arrive at the clinic on time. NO ONE is admitted 10 minutes after the hour. Do not bring children to the clinic, they will not be admitted.
